The details
Thank you for your interest in our Patient Mailer Program. You will receive the maximum compensation for your material based on the current market value. Processing takes 6 to 8 weeks.
To participate in the program, print your name and address on the spaces provided within the form (pdf). Wrap your material in strong paper or cardboard and insert it, with the label, into the mailer. Securely seal the mailer and print your return address on the outside in the space provided to complete our records. Please supply your dentist’s name and address on the label also. We process… inlays, crowns and old jewelry (make sure you can see a carat marking on the jewelry).
If you wish to insure your materials, you should go through the normal postal services system. Postage will still be paid by Elven Precious Metals and you will be reimbursed for the cost of the insurance at the time your metals are processed.
When we receive your mailer we will send you a payment by check. We process everything from the smallest filings to inlays and crowns. Please remember to WRAP YOUR METAL IN CARDBOARD to ensure its safety.
